📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We partner with USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery across the U.S.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USPS Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • UPS Ground or Expedited Shipping: 1–5 business days (based on location)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or holidays.

💲 Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Total order weight

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping speed

Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

🌎 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • International destinations (yet!)

⚠️ Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info.usa@thapovanafarms.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with USPS or UPS.
